The EIA reported a build of +3,715 MBbls in U.S. crude-oil inventories. The build was larger than the average estimate of +497 as reported by Bloomberg.
Inventories for the U.S. are now at a deficit of 0.80 MMBbls (-0.2%) to last year, and a deficit of 17.70 MMBbls (-4.0%) to the five-year average.
