The week ended February 9 saw RD margins rebound sharply on persistent diesel strength, offsetting stronger feedstock prices and continued weakness in credit markets. Diesel strength saw the BOHO spread narrow to the lowest level in nearly four years. A record bank of unused credits and possible delays to the rulemaking process saw further losses in LCFS prices.
