Seth is a detail-oriented Customer Success Associate who leverages his background in customer service and event management to foster strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional experiences and predictable outcomes. With a focus on building trust and delivering tailored solutions, he works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide lasting value.
Prior to joining AEGIS, Seth served as Tournament Director at The Woodlands Country Club, where he successfully planned and executed hundreds of golf events while delivering top-tier customer service to members and guests.
Seth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Sam Houston State University, graduating magna cum laude.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys golfing, rowing, playing board games with friends, and exploring the best escape rooms each city has to offer.
