Sandra Martinez

Sandra serves as the Executive Assistant at AEGIS, where she supports the executive team. She brings extensive experience supporting senior leadership across the energy and financial services industries. 

Before joining AEGIS, Sandra spent more than a decade with Civitas Resources and its predecessors, providing dedicated support to the CFO, COO, and CTO while coordinating major corporate initiatives and key investor events. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Moelis & Company and Goldman Sachs, where she managed complex schedules, coordinated global travel, and supported high-level business operations. 

Known for her professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach, Sandra helps keep AEGIS leadership focused and running efficiently.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and going on long walks with her adopted pug mix, Peanut.
