In his previous roles, Roger led solution architecture and integration efforts, significantly improving app performance and deployment processes through optimization techniques and automation. He has been instrumental in developing visual and interactive features, leading cloud architecture strategy, and facilitating the adoption of new technologies. As a team mentor, he guided fellow engineers, drove feature development, and ensured high-quality code through comprehensive reviews. Roger holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas A&M University.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing RPGs and board games, hiking, barbecuing, and beekeeping.
