Kelly Ruminer

Kelly is a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Commercial Rep for AEGIS Physical. Kelly boasts extensive experience in crude and gas marketing, contract negotiations, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as contract administration. Prior to her role at AEGIS, Kelly was at Ancova Energy. Bringing an impressive 32 years of industry expertise to AEGIS, Kelly has spent the last 23 years in various roles at Chesapeake Energy. During her tenure at Chesapeake, she played a pivotal role in the marketing department, dedicating over 15 years to commercial services responsibilities. At the forefront of the Haynesville Shale revolution, she served as Commercial Services Manager, overseeing crucial tasks such as securing gas gathering and transportation for over 2 Bcf/d of gas production. 

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, she has an associate degree from Seminole State College, where she actively contributed as a member of the women's basketball team.  

As a lifelong resident of Oklahoma, Kelly is a proud mother of two sons and a loving grandmother to one granddaughter. Currently, she resides in Edmond with her husband.
