Brandon Loughridge

Brandon serves as Chief Customer Officer at AEGIS, where he oversees the full customer lifecycle experience. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has played a key role in building and scaling AEGIS’s back-office operations, software capabilities, and client service model.

He leads customer success and onboarding, ensuring portfolio valuations and realizations accurately reflect fair market value and support counterparty documentation. Brandon is focused on delivering a seamless client experience and helping customers fully leverage AEGIS’s Revenue Intelligence Platform.

Brandon holds a degree in Economics from Texas A&M University, where he held leadership positions and participated in fundraising efforts benefiting the National MS Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the IRONMAN Foundation. Outside of work, he enjoys community involvement, playing golf, competing in IRONMAN events, and spending time with his wife and two children.
