Ashley Adams

Ashley serves as Director of Customer Success at AEGIS, where she is responsible for driving client satisfaction, service delivery, and long-term customer success. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Client Services Director for a Human Resources and Financial Services organization. She brings more than eighteen years of experience across service delivery, customer support management, operational leadership, and talent development.

Guided by the philosophy, “When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too,” Ashley takes a holistic, growth-oriented approach to client management. She focuses on bringing clarity and direction to customer relationships while delivering measurable results.

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she earned a degree in Anthropology and Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, working out, and spending time in nature with her husband.
