Max brings extensive experience to the board, serving as the Chief Commercial Officer of AEGIS Physical. Prior to AEGIS, Max was Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ancova Energy, where he and his team built an industry-leading physical commodities marketing firm and technology platform for physical sales. His background in managing significant commercial and financial operations, including a history of successful midstream and upstream M&A transactions, adds valuable insight to OERB’s initiatives.
The OERB, governed by a 21-member board of directors, is funded by over 2,500 producers and thousands of royalty owners across Oklahoma through a voluntary assessment. The mission of the OERB is simple yet powerful: empowering unlimited opportunity for all Oklahomans.
