The EIA reported a draw of -7,974 MBbls in U.S. crude-oil inventories. The draw was larger than the average estimate of -5,779 as reported by Bloomberg. Inventories for the U.S. are now at a deficit of 2.30 MMBbls (-0.5%) to last year, and a deficit of 34.60 MMBbls (-7.4%) to the five-year average.
