The EIA reported a draw of -3,455 MBbls in U.S. crude-oil inventories. The draw was smaller than the average estimate of -5,570 as reported by Bloomberg. Inventories for the U.S. are now at a deficit of 196.00 MMBbls (-4.3%) to last year, and a surplus of 218.80 MMBbls (5.3%) to the five-year average.
