The EIA reported a draw of -3,832 MBbls in U.S. crude-oil inventories. The draw was larger than the average estimate of -1,331 as reported by Bloomberg. Inventories for the U.S. are now at a surplus of 17.10 MMBbls (-3.9%) to last year, and a deficit of 23.80 MMBbls (-5.4%) to the five-year average.
